The Women’s cell was started with the aim of empowering and orienting women to recognize their true potential. It helps in creating awareness about important issues related to women. The Women’s Cell strives to promote gender sensitivity and to educate the staff and students about the rights of women. It subsists to address the issues of gender discrimination and inappropriate conduct towards women. It is committed to making the campus safe for women – free from exploitation, harassment, and violence of any nature.

Purpose of the Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee of the college is constituted by keeping in mind the safety and security of all students especially the girls. It is an important step of our college to give our students a free and safe environment. In order to do that we have placed multiple complaint and suggestion boxes in different parts of our college building.
To make it more feasible to the students we have taken an online initiative in this direction by creating a google form where students can submit their complaints online. It is our duty to aware young girls about their rights and create an environment with zero tolerance against sexual harassment.
